If you are visiting scotland for the first time and you will get lost all day...this store is conveniently located a block walk around the last stop of Edinburgh Tram (st andrews square). You will see the neon blue green awning right before the tram turns. The guy (he had glasses and brown hair) servicing me was able to help me install a sim card; it was a decent price for amount of data needed for 2 weeks of scotland. Going here helped me stave off the high prices in the airports. Great, kind, considerate service. I got in and out of the store with a working sim in less than 10 minutes and able to tackle the winding roads of scotland quickly. Thanks!!!!

Came in to another nearby store today to use the same day repair service to fix my broken screen. The staff member took all my details, made me wipe my phone off all data and took the payment of £90. Then I was told their system isn't working so I would get a refund on my payment and would have to go to another EE Store, so I went to this one on Princes Street. I was assured the other store wasn't affected by that system failure. Then went through the whole process at the other store, only to be told the system won't accept the IMEI, which is silly since the phone was bought through EE. Huge waste of time!

I needed a UK SIM. Entered the store and a young guy helped me with everything. Good pay as you go package.Excellent service.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH EE.I’m hesitant to give them even 1. I walked into this store to show my driver's license and turn off parental control on my plan. They told me they can't! I showed them instructions on the EE website, and they said I should call customer service. As I am a tourist, customer service can not check my credit card, and they cannot get it done! Really, only UK residents are over 18! The EE coverage is also garbage. Most of the time, in historical castles, it doesn't work.

I had great service while in the EE store. But I am shocked at how bad the EE signal is in and around Edinburgh. In the end I had to cancel my contract and get a new gifgaf sim to be able to use my phone. VERY disappointed in EE

All I can say is I dealt with a manager named Saqib Naeem he deals with business customers and he was very professional with excellent manners also answered all my questions and made the process so smooth I would only go back to him.

If you are Asian face, it does not matter if you came earlier and waited for long, you have to wait for other people who appeals to be ‘faster’. I am so offended by the attitude from this thin guy.

Waste of time. They cannot advise about going SIM only they just say it is really expansive end of contract charges. I phoned EE customer service who were brilliant. Had me sorted very quickly and no admin charges!
