Great service provided by Ashley. Placed an order over the phone with him for a set of 10 foot Hendon ladders. Arrived in great time couldn't fault it. The rubber feet I purchased to go with did split after a short period of time but a quick chat they have been replaced with no hassle at all same day I queried it. Excellent customer service. Bought some tape costing £1.00 I didn't have cash only card which would cost him more than a £1.00 to process. He trusted me to drop it in later which my wife did.
