Ryan and Dan have been great, sorting a range of problems for us recently. From fixing leaks on multiple downstairs radiators, to servicing our boiler and removing several upstairs radiators ahead of plastering in those rooms. Everything is always clearly explained, problems are quickly identified and calmly solved. Every job is left tidy and they’re friendly and helpful guys. Would recommend Phennex to anyone.

We had our new boiler serviced for the first time (fitted by another company) we was told not long into the service that the boiler was unsafe and could no longer be used due to leaking carbon monoxide and various other dangerous issues. Ryan and Dan were so professional yet very considerate due to it being freezing conditions outside! Everything was explained so clearly to me and although we were left overnight with no boiler they were back first thing the next morning and had us back up and running by the afternoon. I would highly recommend this company, they did everything and more for us and I can't thank them enough for making our boiler safe!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you!!

Rang up for a boiler service, Ryan was able to fit us in that week. Arrived on time. Serviced in a timely manner and asked for the boiler service book to complete (previous engineers did not do this and I was unaware that this should be completed). Professional throughout. Would recommend.
