Emma has done several big jobs for us but is equally who we turn to in a crisis! She is always reliable and we have complete trust in her and James’ work.

We had 2 shower rooms completely renewed. From first contact Emma was 100% excellent, very responsive and reliable. Everything was completed to the highest standard and Emma went beyond what we expected to make sure they were.. She is obviously very passionate about her workmanship and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and use her again.
