No two TRX sessions are ever the same, and that goes for sunrises and the music too! We laugh, we train, and we get together socially for drinks, beach cleans and impromptu beach BBQs. Training outdoors is life-affirming, and being a part of this community is the icing on the cake!

For me it's a great way to start the day. It's fun, focused and keeps me fit. I love the fact it is also outdoor based by the beach.

Absolutely love coming to TRX and all three instructors bring something different to the classes. It's not just a class but a community. We have a good workout and a laugh so the time flies by. If Heineken made fitness classes.....
