Andy was recommended to us and we have been very impressed with his professional, friendly and approachable manner. He was very good value for money and also liaised with our builder and handled the planning application from start to finish. This made it completely stress free for us. He translated our ideas in to the plans and kept us up to date throughout. Would thoroughly recommend using his services.

Andy carried out a through assessment and understood exactly what we wanted to achieve from the project. His communication skills are superb and always very willing to discuss ideas and put them into practice. Andy has good links with the local planners so can often preempt any problems. He also has an excellent spatial awareness and could ,therefore, bring new ideas to a project which had not occurred to us.All in all a great service and would use Andy again

From word go Andy listened to our needs and wants for a proposed two-storey extension. He visited us through each stage of the drawings and adapted them without complaint. Andy was very communicative during the whole process of getting to planning and came up with new ideas that we have implemented in the plans. Andy is professional and friendly ( we had a good giggle all the way! ). Our circumstances meant that time was somewhat of the essence and he pushed to get the drawings completed as soon as possible. As a builder we do get to see the best and worse in architectural drawings, not only do Andy's plan look amazing but from a builders points of few they are extremely detailed and easy to work with.They key for any build to run smoothly is a good set of detailed plans and what Andy provides certainly meet that.Keep up the good work1
