Eleanor Malster is very very rude considering she is in a sales position dealing with members of the public. This is not personal just a reflection of a series of communications with staff from my company. Yes I am witholding my name as I do not want any repercussions on my business. She does not take no for an answer and I understand that she is in a sales role but when it resorts to nasty sarcasm there is no excuse. Maybe a chance for someone to pick up on this and give her some training in how to communicate better. I know you will have some clever comment in response about me hiding my name but I am prepared to accept that.

Bought our first mattress 7 years ago. After sleeping on one in Leeds Quebec Hotel we were delighted to see they were based in our home town. I’ve recommended them to all my clients since and we are about to buy another one for our second bedroom.

We ordered a month ago the hardest mattress through A M Interiors Ltd, the delivery was within 2 weeks, and the mattress is amazing made a difference for the sleep improvement, no back pain since then. Thank you so much for the quality product. I would definitely recommend you to everyone I know.

excellent beds and mattresses, far better than previous manufacturer. had approx 50 beds from them and no regrets at all. 2 years and still life in them!
