Been with them for a number of years. They provide a plastic box for you to put your valuables in. A small hinge on my box has come off. I mentioned this to them and they told me it would cost £150 as they would need to provide me with a new box. Place is nice but customer service like this is dreadful.

Sent an email a few weeks ago, to this company asking for prices of their safes, still not had a reply. Makes me wonder, if they cannot be bothered to answer simple questions, what must their other services be like!!

I visited quite a few Safety Deposit Centres before making my decision, MINT was the last one I visited and their facilities, staff and the packages put the other businesses in the shade, I would highly recommend them, very friendly.
