I'd heard about Craniosacral Therapy from a friend who recommended it for my stress related physical conditions. I wasn't sure what to expect first, so I was a bit nervous on my arrival. Monika has a unique calming nature, she instantly made me feel comfortable and was professional and reassuring from start to finish.We started the consultation by discussing my health history. After this we proceeded to the treatment part of the appointment. She focused on balancing and clearing of both my physical and mental stresses. Her treatment was provided with compassion and was profound. I came away feeling restored, calm and slept very well. The most powerful stress relief I’ve ever tried.Since starting these treatments I have seen amazing improvements week on week. I to feel more grounded and in tune with my physical and emotional body and my quality of life have dramatically improved. I feel like a whole new person!Monika is an incredible and very powerful practitioner.
