Best advice ever....Richard takes time to explain it simply for me as I get lost easily with IT talk. Just sorted out fibre optic and now have internet phones so we can walk all round the place and saved us nearly £100 a month. Highly recommended. Thank you Richard and Tracey x

They charged me £42 inspection fee on a failed hard drive, then wanted more money to get the data recovered. Over priced.

IT is every businesses nightmare, however Moortek were recommended to me by a friend. Jim was great, they repaired and sorted out issues with my laptops and then when I had to upgrade my computer and transfer all of my data across they did all of this too. Nothing is too much trouble and Jim has the patience of a saint. Thank you, for your excellent customer service and for solving my IT issues, I have no doubt I will be back. But I know now that my IT issues will not be a nightmare as I have you guys now to sort them out. Would fully recommend this Company. Thanks Jim

I work in IT and my clients include a large Bank, a County Council and a Utility Company. Moortek have repaired and supplied equipment on many occasions and the staff are knowledgeable, professional and the service they provide is excellent value for money. They also supply grade A1 laptops at excellent discounted price !I live nearby, and highly recommended the convenience working with this company.

Very helpful and personal service after a total computer wipe-out. Good advice and price for a new computer. Richard then spent much time retrieving all he could, and then Jim did a very helpful home visit to sort out a few problems. Would strongly recommend them - far better than going somewhere bigger that would probably give very little such support.

My laptop stopped booting so dropped into Moortek on Friday and diagnosed and fixed by monday, even though I have no service contract.Friendly, local, competent, communicative, value for money and fast service.What's not to like.
