Popped into the Preston branch today and was met by Jaco.A very pleasant man indeed and was totally honest and informative.I had my eye on the sle ultegra however rode the di2 briefly and loved it.Amazing how lightweight it is for an electric bike.Many thanks to your professional staff for trying to get my bike built for me in the time I desired.I’ll be back soon.Well finally returned and collected my new sle di2 ultegra. Many upgrades and extra power pack. Took this out yesterday for my first ride and managed 27 miles without any aches and pains from my knee. This bike is truly a godsend and I cannot thank the staff enough for assisting and guiding me throughout my enquiry, purchase and ultimate collection.Thankyou so much.

Not really much to say - customer service is so useless that you're unlikely to hear back from them.Will still use because I need a part for my bike - but promises to let me know when that'll be back in have never transpired.The bike is lovely and I wanted to order another - but the customer service is so bad, I will not buy another Ribble.Edit 13 Sep '23:One employee has come back to me approx 7 weeks after first contact and has organised the part to be sent to me. I've upped my review to 2 stars based on the gesture, but she's the only one of 3 who came back to me. There's some hope, but I'm not sold based on the amount of time it's taken - still poor.

Cannot get hold of anyone, says 5 days to reply to an email, I know, I know 5 days..... yes its ridiculous ! Fast to sell you a bike but you cant get any help!

Picking and customizing my new bicycle was very easy on the Ribble website. I bought a very high end bike with a few modification. I went with Black on Black but it was easy to see all the color combinations. The chat feature also helped and the team was very responsive.

Absolutely appalling business and I will never buy anything from them again! Ordered 3 bottom brackets 26 June 2023 which still hadn't shipped almost 4 days later. I cancelled the order and it is still showing holded" in my account and no email from them acknowledging my request. A week later and still no communication

Ribble's website makes it so easy to build the right bike for you. Select the components you want for your ideal ride it will even let you know if they aren't compatible. ( a very happy) Endurance AL owner.

Don’t buy! I think their name should be rubble.After bike arrived electronic shifters wouldn’t function properly. After many calls and emails I finally had to bring to local shop. So frustrating. Ribble tech phone support is not familiar with their own bikes that they could do a walk through on troubleshooting. They didn’t know how to operate Shimano di2.Also Purchased bike and wasn’t told about additional VAT tax until bike was in my town waiting for delivery. Ribble never said there would be additional fees.Update: 2 months later.Fully charged battery failed on my di2 shifters mid way through a ride. After diagnosing, that battery just failed. Ribble said nothing they can do to help so I should just deal with shimano directly. This has got to be one of the worst bike companies out there. Unless u live next to a ribble store, DONT BUY!

Was not happy that a 1 month delivery wait time became a 3 month wait but delighted with the bicycle an Endurance ALe. It looks lovely great attention to detail fast comfortable good range no issues. Shortly after ordering the bicycle was given a £200 refund due to price dropping.The assistance is fine on 15% hills giving about 30 miles on 100% assist on a round trip the extender battery giving something like 87%more range. Unable to notice when assistance starts or stops at 15mph as so smooth. Other than hills being easy and a noticeble helping hand when you start moving it feels like an ordinary road bike.

I recently purchased a CGR Ti from Ribble. Delivery time from UK to US was excellent, as the dispatch-to-door time was only a few days. I had waited a couple months for the bike, but my Expected Delivery date was November, so it coming 3months early was fantastic! I had a bit of trouble assembling because i made a simple mistake, but the customer service was super helpful over WhatsApp and email. A week and a half later, I found time to go ride outdoors and I was blown away by how well the bike fit, how it rode, and of course, how it looked. Couldn't be happier with my experience, and I'll be recommending Ribble to anyone who asks about my various bikes.

Ordered my bike 10th July, was called mid August told there was a delay and I would get £100 extras, and that my bike would be built no later than 23rd oct, ive just been told parts not arrived so should be built week ending 6th November, we'll see, I'm not confident.Update, its now put back until 17th Dec.Update, put back again until 25th Dec not sure I'll get it built that day.My bike has arrived, before my latest build date and it looks very nice, not had chance to try it yet but I'm sure it will be perfect. Just had to put on the handle bars and seat, only gently nipped them up, not set up properly yet. Changed my star rating from 1 to 3 as I'm pleased with the product but not the service.
