I came for a Brazilian wax with Elizabeth and honestly I hate going for wax appointments and I have had some terrible experiences in the past at other salons. Elizabeth was AMAZING. Her technique was the least painful bikini wax I’ve ever had and she was very reassuring and made me feel at ease and relaxed which is quite difficult to do especially as I had a 12 week old baby with me.After such a positive day experience I’ll definitely book more regular wax appointments but only on a Tuesday as that’s when Elizabeth works!!!!Thank you!!

I had some treatments yesterday, the young lady I saw was very professional, helpful I felt very relaxed with her and will be definitely be using this place as my first choice for future treatments

Terrible experience. Booked with Treatwell I arrived on time and was told I was an hour late even though my booking clearly stated I 2:30. She sat me down didn’t ask me what I wanted for my brows I had to ask, not that it mattered she didn’t listen. She didn’t prep my brows started trimming immediately. Nicked my skin with the thread. Then when it ended I asked for some aloe gel she didn’t even apply it just gave me a tissue and the pad and gel and a mirror and watched me apply it myself. Brows look terrible, worst experience I used to love this place and the old brow tech. Don’t know what happened

Absolutely love this place!! Katie done an amazing job on my holiday Gel nails!! Normally in my job (boxing coach) my nails hardly last long at all but when Katie done them they survived 3 weeks, 1 week of that was in the swimming pool every day! Went back to have nails done again today! All the ladies there are super friendly and the treatments are very affordable too!!

This is my local beauty salon and the women that work here are lovely, however the owner is rude and inconsiderate. On multiple occasions I’ve booked appointments and turned up, only to be told they are cancelled - without having been told by the salon. When I asked the owner if I could reschedule my latest appointment she told me she ‘wasn’t sure’ as there might be traffic?! Really disappointing and unreliable

Super speedy service! Good eyebrow threading and lovely staff!

I had a lovely massage here before by Sereena. However, they’d cancel the appointment without letting me know in advance and instead, they’d tell me when I arrive. They won't even try to reschedule or think of any possible solutions. It's not the first time this has happened, really disappointed. sorry not recommended.

Very friendly, professional & a great wax

29th May had skin tag procedure by Parveen Medical Practitioner.Got text message day before procedure to say ‘Also Grace I forgot to mention our card machine is down so it would be bank transfer or cash, If that’s okay’ (first red flag).Arrived for appointment paid £50 no receipt (second red flag).Initially they were very friendly on phone. Then no communication after raising queries.12th June I text that the crust of skin tag has come off but tag still present is this normal?Parveen responded on 13th June to say this was normal. And to say she would contact me.15th June I text, no response16th June no response23 June text for advice no responseCalled shop to be told I could go for second opinion asked for Parveen to contact me STILL no response.On day off procedure they were happy to take my money and told me if I needed any advice she would be happy to discuss.Avoid booking here there is absolutely no customer assurance, care or service!!!

I’ve been a very satisfied customer at Mrs Feelgood for years. The girls always do a brilliant job of my brows and lashes, the online app is also super easy to use and makes it even easier to get an appointment when you need one.
