Absolute shambles of a company. After an initial call out, the plumber advised that all our radiators need replacing. We took the advice and purchased new radiators but after 4 attempts to get a booking in for him to fit them, we've given up. First attempt was on a Tuesday, the plumber called and said he'd been triple booked by the office and could only do Saturday. Saturday comes and he messaged to say he was ill and could he do tomorrow (Sunday). Sunday comes and I can't reach him at all, so I called the office and they booked him in again for Monday. Again, no plumber and can't get hold of him. We've now been without heating for 2 weeks and have booked in with a different company.

We had several plumbing issues and he was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was. Told me what the process for repair was going to be- very straightforward and reasonably priced. I really, appreciated his expertise. The issues were fixed on time, with no gimmicks or extra sales.
