I got to grips with it now and love charging the car up. You just have to have time to do it. You can stop the charging after a little bit of time if you need to on the app

Took a couple of go's to work but I'm a novice. I used Chademo successfully but a family with an i3 couldn't charge on Type 2 and had left their car there rather than moving in case someone else wanted to charge.The bays need better signage to combat people not in an EV blocking the bays, and combat EV drivers who think they can park there without actively charging.

Expensive and doesn't serve 43kW AC. At least a charger exists, that's the best I can give it.
