Partners nails were installed poorly originally, then began chipping and splitting in half within a week.My partner wanted a repair promised under warranty, this was refused outright, as was a free removal of the leftover parts. So my partner removed them by hand themselves at home.Definitely avoid.

Always busy but they never turn you away, fantastic service, skilled staff, very friendly, great atmosphere, lots to choose from, the only nail salon I will ever go to, I would definitely recommend to anyone

First time I’ve had my nails done in forever. I’ve been to all the other nail salons in Scunthorpe and never been happy with the result. I came to Queens upon a friend’s recommendation and I am so pleased I did. The owner did my nails and I’m over the moon with them. Lovely chap. I will be back
