I needed someone who could sign a form for a mortgage agreement and these guys were very helpful and friendly. They showed me exactly what I needed to do and also showed where the mortgage company had made a mistake on their form too which was good so I could get it corrected and they offered a 2nd visit to sign the form again for free. There is parking nearby so it's easy enough to get to.

Went to KK Law for advice on a complicated problem and the guy we saw was so helpful and really put us at ease.We will be dealing with this firm for the duration of our business.

Started off very positive with initial meeting to discuss my Will however that's where positive ends. After several phone calls asking when I would receive my draft copy a month later ( and my Will is straight forward) I received a draft copy of somebody else's Will!!!I do receive my draft copy eventually and I am asked to confirm details that I had already given to the solicitor and he made notes of that information at the time!!! I have wasted over a month with this company I am so glad I didn't part with any money....not that they asked for any.The old saying You Get What You Pay For certainly applies here....they may offer the cheaper Will service but.....???That was my personal experience and with that in mind you decide accordingly should you wish to place your business with them.I lost confidence in their ability to act accurately and timely.

I have used KK Law and am still currently using them.I must say WOW what a great service they provide. Rob what a down to earth solicitor, Firstly he speaks English in a language that everyone understands and explains all the processes step by step so you have a clear direction of where he is coming from.If you cannot get hold of Rob he is ALWAYS quick to respond.The amount of times Rob has responded to me at the weekend is countless, With nothing being to much troubleRob makes time for you and makes you feel part of his team to help resolve any issuesIf Rob is unavailable the admin girls are quick to respond and sort out any probing issues, They are all polite, curtious and always willing to help. If they cannot sort it, Rob is informed and will deal with it, and will soon be back in contact with you.I would truly Recommend KK law with any legal issues,Nothing is to much trouble for them and they are always there for you every step of the way.

Finding a good solicitor can be a fraught experience and they often get bad press - sometimes deservedly so. Not so in the case of KK Law. We needed someone to handle probate for my late father-in-law’s estate and were recommended KK Law by both a trusted solicitor and the funeral directors. From start to finish the whole experience was a pleasant one. Rob and the team - including Karen and Kinga - were friendly, very helpful and efficient. No hard sell - Rob even suggested that the probate was simple enough to do ourselves - just good quality service. Fees were reasonable and significantly less than originally estimated! I would have no hesitation in recommending KK Law to anyone - a great practice and lovely people to deal with. Thanks.

Cannot comprehend the level of shock I am in after the displeasure of dealing with KK Law to process probate for my mother following her passing.The process started rather positive with a nice meeting with Rob explaining the process briefly, sadly this is where the positives end, I was then passed over to a member of his team and the communication stopped as I was unaware of what information they physically needed from me, I called in after several weeks to chase what I needed to be met with a response the person dealing with it is back from holiday they will contact you when they can (seems a rather blanket response and rather lacking professionalism) in my own business I give the customer a timeframe to manage expectations. I then stated if I could be contacted by the end of the week or I would have to find a new solicitor.Then once communication had been re-established after 2 months from my initial visit I supplied what I thought was the correct information. I then had multiple emails daily requesting minor further bits of information so I requested that can we collate everything that was needed so I can gather it in one go as this process is quite painful for a grieving son. This request was met with a very rude response from the team member who was then essentially shouting at me down the phone so I stated I was going to end the call here as it was very upsetting and could not believe I was being spoken to in this manner. I sent a follow up email once I had calmed down to state how we could work cohesively moving forward.Two days later I receive a letter from KK Law stating that I was “rude and abusive” towards the team when quite the opposite was true and that they were rescinding their services and that the team member had been relentlessly chasing me (I have emails that show this team member was only in contact with me for approximately 7 days).I would raise a point to KK Law that if I had sworn or been rude to a member of your team I would expect this type of response, I hate to break it to you, stating your failings of service and stating my concerns to members of your team is not being rude nor abusive. Your team members may be offended by the truth but stating an indefinite timeframe for a call back is not acceptable and that I wish I had been told some information months ago does not fall under this label. You might want to investigate these statements you make about your customers before making such allegations.As per other negative reviews and statements of people being asked to remove negative reviews I would beware of this organisation and use at your own risk as I am now 3 months out of pocket and having to start this painful process again where Rob was unable to even pick up the phone and find out what happened.

I have engaged with KK Law on the death of two of my relatives, on two separate occasions over the last five years. I can't express how caring, thoughtful and professional during the process. In fact any questions, I ask Rob and/or Karen are always answered with 12 hours. They are have taken the stress out of the process and given guideness. Hence I can't recommend KK Law highly enough.

Thank you Rob and team for your empathetic and professional service during such a difficult time. Everything sorted and dealt with for selling my wife's late mum's house with efficiency and care. Highly recommend.
