Friendly, reliable, honest and fairly priced - what more can you say? It is hard to find a garage where you feel you are getting an honest review of what is wrong, even if it turns out to be only minor as in my case. There was an electrical fault in my car which was thought to be down to a pump. A new pump was ordered and I was quoted for the replacement of it, but when that turned out not to be the issue, I was only charged for the diagnostic and repair. I was kept fully up to date throughout. Thanks so much as always Neil & co!

I recently had my MOT completed and found everyone at Royston Vehicle Services extremely efficient and friendly. All issues were promptly communicated and solved quickly (including getting a replacement tyre in) and I had my car back later the same day. I then needed a bulb replacing a few weeks’ later over the weekend and the staff again could not have been more helpful and were able to sort it out immediately. I will definitely be using this garage again and would highly recommend them.

Just tried to book in a service and MOT after being let down my my usual garage. I was told I was not a regular customer so they couldn’t help. Very rude.

Looked down on me as a person that required a service, stated they are not looking for new customers, cut me off as I explained the work I needed on my van, I'm glad they are so wealthy they do not need my money. Would not recommend to anyone

Update March 2021RVS has delivered an exceptional service,yet again! Our car kept over heating during a 20 minute drive (my husband's journey home from work) on Friday, 26th of February. I called RVS,they were able to look at the car straight away,diagnosed the issue and estimated the cost to the value of about 800£ (replacing the radiator and the air con unit). They completed the work by Monday 1.03 and the cost came in at 500 or so as they didn't have to replace the ac unit.what an honest service! We won't be going anywhere else.March 2018: Our car's engine light came on the dashboard on Wednesday evening during the massive snow in February 2018. We couldn't go over 20 miles and the engine was cutting out. I rang my local KIA dealer on Thursday morning and they said they are fully booked and can't help at all. We couldn't be without a car so I started looking for a local garage with good reviews and came across RVS. I dropped the car off within 15 minutes of my first phone call. It was diagnosed within 2 hours and fixed 4 hours later. Excellent service and a v. reasonable price.

I came across Royston Vehicle Services on Google whilst searching places for a car MOT . I was worried at first due to having many bad experiences with garages. I have used this garage twice now and both times I dropped it off early morning and got a call updating me with the problem within a few hours . They fixed it within the same day . Very fast very efficient. Happy with the overall price and the staff were very friendly and welcoming ! Highly recommend.

We take my husband's car to RVS ever since we moved to Royston. My car usually was taken to a different garage close to my workplace. When that garage discovered that there is an issue with my ignition switch they tried a couple of things before admitted they have never dealt with this before and I had to pay extra for the electrician. So this was the point when I took my car as well to RVS. They have been amazing. They really did check the car from top to bottom. I got a full service and they called at each step when they found something to clarify the cost of repairs. I took my car in Monday and got it back Tuesday fully repaired and ready to hit the road. It is such a good thing to feel safe in your car as you know it is in its best condition. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. I am a very very happy customer and will never take any of our cars elsewhere.

I usually take my car to the brand dealership but after having disappointing service from them I tried RVS after reading positive online reviews. I haven't been disappointed - RVS were friendly and helpful from the outset. I had a fault whilst driving my car and they explained to me what they thought the problem was and did a full investigation which put my mind at rest. They also serviced and MOT'd my car and were professional, communicative and honest about all the work done and the costs. I will be using RVS from now on. I would definitely recommend.

The team at RVS are very courtesy and friendly. They stay in contact with you throughout the 'job' and if anything unexpected comes up they will always ring you first to discuss the matter with you. My recent experience was very good, when I had a part replaced on my car, the mechanic kept the old part, to show me and talked me through why it was defective and to demonstrate why it needed replacing. As ever, an honest, reliable company to deal with. Would recommend.

Our car got stuck in a trench, so we called Royston Vehicle Services. All the team members we spoke to were incredibly helpful. They were quickly able to confirm they could come tow our car and arrived within 20 minutes. The team were reassuring, positive and efficient - particularly refreshing after our earlier phone calls to other companies who were dismissive or couldn't help for hours. Thanks RVS - we will be using you again.
