From the moment we considered putting the house on the market Ben was there to advise us. He gave me honest feedback on my home. We weren't ready immediately to progress but he didn't constantly cold call he knew our plans and was on hand to answer queries with no pressure. When it came to selling Ben was incredible, no question was too silly and he was passionate and enthusiastic about selling my home. He showed people around the house and was quick with feedback from potential buyers. I really couldn't recommend Ben more highly.
