We visited Farah after being recommended an Osteopath due to our five month old being so unsettled, suffering with silent reflux and Plagiocephaly. The results have amazing. Her knowledge and manner made us feel so comfortable and as first time parents allowed us to understand the reasons for his discomfort. We have already recommended Farah and will continue to do so. We can’t thank her enough!

I am very happy with the help Farah has given to me and my baby. I visited Farah as my baby girl had severe silent reflux which was affecting her day and night (I thought it was colic before we Farah diagnosed and the GP offered no help). Feeding was a nightmare and she was so unsettled we were awake day and night. We are four sessions in and she is like a different baby. She is so happy so much more settled and all without resorting to medication. I’ve recommended Farah to friends and will continue to do so. If you are unsure about visiting an osteopath for your baby please don’t hesitate.

I brought my daughter to Farah at 6 weeks old. My daughter had been struggling with a variety of feeding issues and was incredibly unsettled and uncomfortable. I was very impressed with the detailed history and assessment from Farah. The impact from the first appointment was incredible and it was noted by grandparents and friends how much more relaxed and settled she was. We have been attending appointments over a number of months and the improvements have been outstanding.5* service which I would not hesitate to use again if needed or to recommend to others

Farah came highly recommended by a friend. Our 6 month old son was very unsettled day and night; often waking between 6-10 times through the night. Farah was so knowledgeable and was able to quickly identity that he had silent reflux. Two sessions later our baby is now sleeping through the night and so much calmer and contented. Can’t recommend Farah enough!

Having suffered with tennis elbow for decades I did not think it would be possible to improve the condition. I have had courses with a chiropractor in the past with limited success. Farah has improved my condition way beyond my expectations, it’s almost totally gone now - if I stuck to the exercise she recommended I’m sure it would have gone completely. Farah is very professional, she explains her plans & carries out the treatment as described. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I literally have full confidence in highly recommending 5*s to Farah. I experienced head tension caused by a health trauma back in Nov/Dec 2019 and Muscular pains in my upper body, shoulders, neck, behind ears and certain areas of my head. I lost confidence and sometimes my balance. Very worrying times as I have always been a happy, healthy 37 year old women. I was recommended to try Cranial and that's how I found Farah, who has been my 'healing hands'. She really cares for her patients and is no way judgmental. One week I would visit Farah and I was happy, other weeks due to my symptoms and sensations, I was struggling with anxiety and would end up in tears during my treatment HOWEVER i never left an appointment feeling the way I entered it. Shes marvelous at her job and helped my balance my wellbeing to how it should be physically and mentally! For me its been a priceless service due to my not so speedy recovery. Worth every penny so do not hesitate getting in touch. Good luck, stay safe, take care/

I have been treated by Farah over the last two months, I had issues with both my neck and lower back. Farah was able to give me a diagnosis and a clear treatment programme. Farah has been consistent in her approach with exercises and her method of treatment, and after having been in fairly constant pain she has managed to get me back to a point of being able to exercise freely and be pain free. I would highly recommend her and she will be my go to for any further treatment. Thank you Farah for all your assistance.

The skills of communication are often overlooked by many. It requires more than the basic use of language to understand people’s needs. Farah has a rare gift in her ability to observe the body’s problems and needs. She uses all of her senses to do this and especially her understanding of your body and you. She has the experience of Osteopathic assessment in her gift of touch. She is also a good listener, which allows you to release your tension. She creates a partnership of working together towards recovery. When she was recommended to me by one of her ex-colleagues, I was so desperate for pain relief of my joints and muscles. I had been diagnosed by my doctor with possible PMR - an inflammation of joints and muscles.I also began a trial of steroids recommended by a Rheumatologist, which verified that I had Polymyalgia Rheumatica. However, my neck and shoulder pain was still challenging my discomfort even after my limbs began to be pain free. I had stopped taking Letrozole after being discharged by my Oncologist after 8 yrs of monitoring. I am also a Carer and only relative of my 101 yr old mother in a Care Home and also my 93 yr old aunt with progressive vascular dementia. The stress level in my life, as an only child is greater than most. I had a lumpectomy and radiotherapy for a tumour in 2015. Farah observed that I needed her intervention to gradually reduce my stress and discomfort.I am gradually increasing specific exercises she has suggested and I am becoming more body aware.I have had 7 sessions and my steroids are gradually being monitored and reduced. I have progressed from greatly reducing painful limitations of no longer being able to swim, to a completely normal and totally pain free experience and can do my 20 lengths of breast stroke and back stroke. It feels like a miracle has happened to me. I am so very grateful to Farah and highly recommend her. I also feel more alert and I am enjoying walking and talking. I can feel confident in my body and experience the joy of freedom I had lost. I am experiencing quality sleeping. Thank you Farah for being there. You have such a uniqueness.

I was highly recommended to Farah by a family member a number of months ago and that referral was so accurate. Farah is a very professional, experienced osteopath. She asked many questions to assess my condition before treating me, and also recommended at the appropriate stage that I needed further intervention. At the same time as her professional approach, she is able to put you at ease, making you relaxed, so your treatment is even more effective. In addition, she has a wonderful sense of humour, which I also fully appreciate. Don't all rush there at once, or there won't be any appointments left for me! Thank you Farah!

Farah was recommended to me by a family member after she had an amazing experience with Farah’s work during her pregnancy, so I knew I had to try her services. My son suffered with severe reflux from the day he was born and nothing would relieve him (and the doctors were useless they said it was colic which again farah picked up on). He would arch his back constantly, be very unsettled, uncomfortable and projectile his milk up on every feed, which was all new to me as I hadn’t experienced any of this with my eldest son.Farah was very thorough at our initial consultation which made me know straight away I would have the confidence in her to help my son. We started when Ethan was 7 weeks and attended weekly and by 3 half months his reflux had 90% reduced , he become a more settled and much happier baby and I couldn’t believe the changes in my son, everything the doctors recommended didn’t work and if anything made him more fussy and a windy baby, and even spotting those changes in my son from the Medication he was on which I was so impressed with.Farah is personable and really takes note of the emotions and care of not only the baby but you as a parent and being in her company really put me at ease! I would highly recommend her services to anybody and would not hesitate to use her again. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
