Jo was a tower of strength, calm, collected and organised. She delivered an amazing tribute at my mother's funeral, despite all the extra pressures caused by covid. I highly recommend her, the ultimate professional.

Jo conducted my mum's funeral service with such care and attention, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to do it. She was there for me and my family from start to finish, and made a difficult day so much easier. She made it a personal affair, and kept in constant touch during the organising. Jo was the celebrant for my mum's funeral service earlier this year. She spent time with me helping me to prepare the eulogy for Mum and was so patient and understanding at this difficult time in my life. On the day of the funeral itself she led the service with professionalism, precision and empathy and guided us through the process with kindness and compassion. Losing a mum is a once in a lifetime experience - and nothing can prepare you for it - but Jo showed great respect in my wish to make sure that the service reflected a true celebration of her life - and for that I will be forever grateful.
