Utterly useless, like the rest of the royal mail. Never open, cant be bothered to update their opening hours whatever they may be.

“Opening Hours” is a misnomer, place is rarely open. Closes at 10am on Mon, never opens at all on Tues, half days thereafter. They’ve lost the plot.

Waste of time who closes at 2pm joke of a delivery office normal people work till 4/5 can’t get there till after work and you lot even have the balls to go on strike DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DELIVERY OFFICE

All the poor reviews are indicative of the terrible service you can expect from this bunch of charlatans. LivedIn the area for 30 years and it's always been the same resentful minimal service. A shocking attitude to service if you could call it that. The only redeeming feature was our much loved postie Dave who was a ray of light, hope and smiles every day during the pandemic. Pleasecome back Dave. It's hell without you. Recent package delivered to wrong address and signed for by a stranger. Now lost in the ether. How difficult can it really be?

They tell lies when updating tracking stating delivery wont be completed as requested, when no person has requested this. Royal Mail happy to leave temperature controlled medication on a delivery sorting office floor over the weekend. When you call he number they don't do anything.

Tried to ring about a royal mail van dumped in whiteshill been there all week on the main road it's a pain at night going to cause a accident.unless it's a ploy to make you think they are working.

Please update your opening hours online if they change , wasted allot of my time driving over to you 3 times, to find you are holding strange opening hours on different days.What use is 8am to 10am for any normal human being on a Monday?!Have got a picture of your sign now so won't make the same mistake, royal fail.

I’ve been inside the building and seen the sleeping masses behind the customer service point as my uncle Tim works thereThere’s 8 sets of bunk beds and the service point operatives are way if Tv and cooking up curries and only stir from their beds between the hours of 6.30 and 10.00 amThe first hours and a half they usually cook breakfast : bacon, eggs, beans sausage and fried bread/ it’s the same everyday day and pints of tea.Around 8.04 am they open up for the public- hand out a few parcels and then back to bedI blame the managers on their slightly inflated salaries and arses…. There's something realy dishonest going on here. They have no idea of delivery times or the concept of 1st and 2nd class signed for post.I went in to enquire about a late parcel and gave them the tracking number only to be told where it was yesterday (Bristol), within 2 hours of enquiring it was delivered???They obviously knew they had it in Stroud, yet decided to be very untruthful in telling me.I've refused to accept a parcel a few months ago as the sellers insurance had paid up before they delivered as it was that late.2nd class small box from Northern island took a month to the day it was sent to get to me???I'm going in again tommorow to enquire and make a complaint about another 1st class signed for delivery (1 to 3 days) which I've been waiting on for 5 days.Hopeless, useless, dishonest and deceitful.If it carries on I will ask for an postal inspector to get involved, last time I did this it solved the problem (20 year ago)
