Tile Giant

I recently purchased some 'Ivory Polished Porcelain' tiles from the store in Bracknell. The tiles were fantastic value and store was bright, well organised and had a lot of inspiring choices. Received great help from all the staff, especially Tom, who even loaded my car for me!I will definitely be using Tile Giant, Bracknell again for my next project.

Pete at your Bracknell outlet was brilliant. Understood our requirements and shared options which were very easy to choose from. Our tile hunting tasks which had lasted for over two months got resolved in less than 2 hours.Thank you, Pete.His colleague and manager were also very supportive.

Due to a leak in my bathroom I had to remove 1 tile to get access to the area and repair. Unfortunately, the tile that was removed cracked which left me with an issue how do I locate a very similar tile, cut it to size to then reinstall?I looked online and decided to go to Tile Giant, in a nutshell they were fantastic. Kind and helpful and were able to locate a tile (which was discontinued) have it delivered to Bracknell branch and cut the tile to size going above and beyond.I wanted to mention Rhys in particular who helped me through this process. Thanks again for your help it was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Tile Giant for your tiling requirements!

Pete has the patience of a saint - having 3 rooms to tile was daunting at first as such an excellent range of tiles to choose from - and everything you need in relation to tiling - wall and floor. The team, and especially Pete, gave excellent customer service and advice. Would definitely recommend Tile Giant to family and friends.

Really disappointing customer service. We have a whole unopened box of tiles to return but have been told we can’t because it’s been more than 30 days. There’s no mention of this arbitrary time on the receipt or in the shop, so we had no idea this was an issue. Will avoid in future.

I'm a proper novice when it comes to DIY of any sort but the manager Chris and his colleagues made my various trips in easy. They gave me plenty of patient, expert knowledge, allowing me to make my own informed decisions, not being pushy at all.I've since moved further away but still make the trip here if I need anything. The best in Bracknell for all tiling (and other general DIY Q's) needs!

As a first time buyer I really didn't know where to start with lots of things, one thing being tiles. I went to large chains like wickes, smaller tile specialists, large tile specialists and was at a bit of a loss.Thankfully I found tile Giant. Great selection of tiles - a bit of a Goldilocks case as not too many to be intimidating but enough to choose from and very helpful staff. They walked around with me to help me find tiles that worked for me. The ones that I've got are good quality (even the tiler commented on it) and were at a cost similar to the low middle range at Wickes but look far more expensive (in my humble opinion anyway but I may be a bit biased!).I always shop around for things but if I was looking for tiles again I would definitely come here first.I've attached an image of my bathroom to show what the tiles are like.

such a poor store, purchased tiles last week and they were delayed twice and meant to be delivered today and then was no info and no status and I have to ring this doggy company to find out and the guy said oh next week is delayed and I asked to cancel it, he refuses and said I have to come to store bloody dodgy company store for a refund.I would like people to make you awaredo not buy from this doggy company -they will waste your time and money. and customer service is so rude and pathetic not ashamed of their service

Amazing service and competitive prices. We were served by Pete the store manager and he was so professional and helpful. We are first time DIY tilers and Pete gave us lots of great advice and product recommendations for the type of project we were doing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store!

Terrible service, terrible attitude. Avoid! A few yrs ago we had a brilliant service from Tile Giant Bracknell, where they were happy to help, suggest, and even gave us a few tiles for free when we realised we'd under-ordered. This time though couldn't be more different. Nobody seem interested in making the initial sale, we had to ask for a person to take our order; no help was given when we chose underlay; and when the flooring arrived, the van broke down outside our property where it stayed for hours until a service van was sent to fix it. When I tried to return two unopened packs for a refund, the service was once again awful; they wouldn't take them back as it was a month over the return policy - it felt like they looked at the date first so as to save the hassle in going through a refund. The option they suggested was 'put it up on Ebay'. Great, thanks. Will be going elsewhere in the future, I'm sure there's a better company that'll be happy to take our hundreds of pounds.UPDATED: a week later, and Tile Giant HQ get in touch. Sam from Bracknell branch then also reaches out, offers very sincere apologies, and takes the unopened packs back for a refund. Thank you Sam! Much much better.
