We are so lucky to still have a local appliance shop in Bexhill. I called into the store on Thursday and chose a built in oven and hob with the help of a very patient Paul. These items were delivered and connected on Monday morning by two very pleasant and professional fitters. What more could you ask for. I’m one very happy customer.

I was more than pleased with the quality of service we received from Smythe and Barrie after we ordered a new washing machine online. They telephoned within minutes of me placing the order and arranged for it to be delivered and installed 2 days later. The two guys that came were fantastic. They were very professional and went out of their way to ensure that the removal of the old, and the installation of the new washing machine was done without any damage to our vinyl floor and other surrounds (which wasn't easy because it was very tight). So thank you and please pass on my sincere thanks to your fitters.

This is a really good electronic items shop, who will go the extra mile to get you what you want. They sell anything from TVs and washing machines to fridges, portable radios etc. Honest staff and customer service.

Thank goodness I decided to go to my local appliance store Drays, instead of Curry's or going online. You get expert advice and more importantly can see, feel and try most of the items which are on display. I initially purchased a cordless Bosch vac but it developed a minor problem, I returned to the shop and was given several return options including a full refund. I decided to upgrade to the Dyson cordless vacuum and so pleased I did. The salesmen are relaxed and professional and make you feel at home. 10 out of 10 in every category! Thank you Paul for your patience and assistance!
