One star would be generous. Waited over 2 and a half years for a vehicle to be delivered, signed all the paperwork that was sent over electronically and Vans Direct kept confirming they didn't need anything else, only to be told the day before delivery that everything needed to be printed and hand signed for the finance, so delivery couldn't be made. Didn't even want the finance in the first place but they make you take a minimal amount! Utter shambles of a company and would NOT recommend. Stay away!
