Without any doubt an Excellent Removal Company! would highly recommend. no stress, no hassle, packing service cost every penny. Professional approach, good timing, stress-free transportation. We moved 4-5 bed house with double garage and shed contents, lots of stuff even after decluttering. I could not imaging it all will go so seamlessly.

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in moving my mother in law in. The office and removal men were excellent. We got held up so we didn't get the keys to gone 5.30. Extra men came to help unload the van. They put all the heavy furniture where my mother in law asked, then moved again when she changed her mind. All the boxes were stacked one end of the lounge, so that we could all move around safely. The staff in the office could not have done more to help us. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing. From the quotation through to the day of moving we were guided and made to feel nothing was to much trouble. Boxes and packaging was delivered as required giving us plenty of time to pack.On the day, the team of guys arrived on time and were polite and careful with our belongings. Unfortunately it rained all day, the team worked so hard to protect our furniture and the carpets and flooring of both our old home and our new. Very professional . The service was above our expectations and I would 100% recommend.

Brilliant service, prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient staff. Packing and collection completed as promised, storage effectively managed, and retrieval and unpacking brilliantly done. A seamless process that A.J. Stephenson made to look as it is was just so simple, thus enabling house and country moving which could have been a headache to actually be almost completely stress free. The only service over the past fifteen years which have caused me no upsets or dramas. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring storage, removals and packing services. They are simply the best!

Highly recommended. Excellent communication throughout. This was quite a challenging move due to a very short notice exchange and completion. The office staff were really helpful responsive and supportive in what was a very stressful circumstance. On the day the removal team were really friendly respectful and nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending their services.

The whole team at AJ Stephenson were brilliant from start to finish. Every person we had contact with was helpful, easy to deal with, answered all of our questions and made us feel confident we were in safe hands. What also made the whole process stress free, was being able to hold a date in the future until we were ready to confirm a final date, after we had successfully exchanged contracts, this gave us a huge benefit in also coordinating our onwards plans. On the day of the move the 4 removal men who attended our property, were friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with. Nothing was too much trouble, 2 of the more experienced men really excelled in their knowledge and how to safely remove all of our items quickly and efficiently. When unloading the van at our new property, again the professionalism given was great, I have always used and recommended AJ Stephenson and will continue to do so.
