absolutely disgusting service, taking ages to get back to my issues, promising to call back and then closing there phone lines early.. no sympathy for my situation especially in the times were living. I have a faulty pram which is dangerous for my daughter to be in right now, leaning to the side, frame is broke after 4 months the pram doesn't fold. I paid £400 for the pram, i am a single mum and do not drive and we use the pram to get around. Asking me to return the pram to be looked at when i need a pram to get my daughter about daily so cannot be without one, pram also doesn't fold and expected to box a pram which is full standing. Absolutely disgusting, do not order here. If you have any issues they do not help at all.

We ordered mamas and Papa Flip XT3 8 piece travel system.The items were delivered very quickly and at a convenient time.I rang the team at Trendy Baby as the confirmation email was a little unclear. I spoke to Alex, who went above what I expected.I'd like to thank the team at Trendy Baby for a five star service.I would recommend and use again.

Edited: I ordered some pram adaptors from their website, and had a number of issues with payment/customer service contact. Happily these have now been resolved and I had contact from the company manager to address them. I had originally given this a lower star review, but I did appreciate the individual service given and am much more comfortable using Trendy Baby again in the future.

Ordered a cossatto noodle highchair, 1st one came and unfortunatley it was not what i ordered. After a quick call to customer service (Alex) and the wrong highchair was quickly picked up by dpd and the one i orginally ordered arrived the day after. Fast delivery and fantastic customer service. Will use again and highly recommend

It’s been 10 days since my order. On the website it says shipped but nothing has arrived. The tracking code on DPD says they’ve not received any parcels to ship.I’m trying to call the number and it doesn’t work.Avoid them!

Worst customer experience/service from this company. Firstly they take forever getting back to you about anything and secondly they miss inform you of what actual product you will receive. I purchased a car seat from them which in travel bundle should have been black, they sent through a car seat which is certain lights looked blue, but over all had a grey look to it. When I questioned this they informed me that the one they normally have is out of stock so they have had to go with this one. Obviously I was not happy about this and stated to them they should inform the customer about this. They tried to argue the colour to say it’s a different shade of black (which was an absolute joke) most of the poor service was given by someone called Seb. The only solution they would offer is for me to send the whole bundle back to them and they would give full refund and they would pay for postage to send product back. I stated to them I was happy with the rest of the products just the car seat was not black, there only other solution to this was for me to pay for the postage to send product back as they where not prepared to pay for this mistake and I had to wait until they had a black one in stock. I was clearly not happy about this but they would not offer to pay for postage to send car seat back, but would pay it if I sent everything back. This went on for weeks and became a joke as they are so slow in coming back to you. On top of that there where accessories missing that they didn’t have in stock, but again didn’t inform customer but happy to charge you for the product. I would never shop with them ever again, such an appalling run business.When I informed them that this was unacceptable and I would write a review informing other people how they treat their customers, their response was just wait what we do then. Also the picture advertised of the car seat was not the item I first purchased they quickly changed that when I notified them of the mistake, trying to cover up their mistake.

I was slightly concerned by some of the negative reviews but felt it was probably like every other website where some people just have to complain.We'd been having trouble getting our pram delivered from another retailer when we found Trendy Baby with the same pram and car seat we wanted available for next day delivery.Ordered Wednesday evening, order marked as dispatched 8:15 am Thursday, everything received Friday.Absolutely fantastic, could not be happier, thank you so much!

Have tried contacting yourselves with no response.. bad advertising stating next day delivery when your website doesn't update your order status. Payment has left my bank also!

Excellent service, ordered Friday night delivered this morning, perfect item really pleased with it. Communication second to none emails answered daily and Alex spent lots of time on the phone answering all my queries. Thank You TB

Ordered last month the Peg Perego Veloce stroler with the carrycot and car seat and ibase with extras. All arrived on time at home, as descibed. Wanted to mention that Alex from sales was very helpfull as some parts (bag and cup holder ) were not available the moment of the order,and he arranged with Peg Perego andthey were sent straight from Peg Perego to my residence, and also went above and beyond to have everything sorted on time. There was a minor defect in one of the parts , and he arranged an immediate replacement to be sorted. Great customer support. Thanks alot.
