Lauren's Pilates

I have been attending Lauren’s group Pilates classes for a long time now. A highly competent Pilates teacher, Lauren is very patient and takes time to explain the exercises, providing individual guidance in group classes to help improve technique. She is very encouraging but never pushy, and always offers a less challenging alternative if needed. No class is ever the same and Lauren mixes it up with a variety of different routines and exercises. I really enjoy Lauren’s classes and feel the benefit both physically and mentally after her sessions. Highly recommend!

Each week the class is different and Lauren makes each exercise flow into the next, gradually building on the area of the body we are focusing on that day. Lauren is kind and encouraging and always has an alternative available if we struggle with a position or movement. I would recommend Lauren’s classes to everyone, Thank you Lauren for all your support.

Excellent tuition over the last five years has seen me improve in flexibility and core strength from a weak base (having been office based for the best part of 32 years prior to taking early retirement at 59). I had never done anything like this before and started off finding some things difficult or beyond my ability but there were always options recommended for me. I cannot recommend Lauren’s Pilates strongly enough.

Lauren is an excellent teacher, she is extremely knowledgeable and always explains techniques and how moves will help our bodies. Lauren always takes time to check how we all are before starting the class to ensure that she takes any pains or strains into account in her lesson. I particularly find it really helpful when she guides me if I’m in the wrong position for a particular exercise, she does this kindly and discreetly.Her classes are fun and inclusive and I always feel great afterwards.

Excellent class and teacher.Great to have a class in the evening, much easier for me to get to. Reasonably priced too.I look forward to many more classes

I absolutely love Pilates classes with Lauren. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very caring about everyone in her class. I wish I could get to more of her classes
