Hypnotherapy in Essex

A big Thank you to Stephanie. I was amazed about the results after each hypnotherapy session and even more about the final result. Last November I contacted Stephanie, having the feeling that I was some kind stuck in life, due to loosing my job right before the pandemic kicked off, knocking down the last bit of confidence I had. Stephanie managed to get me back on track over the course of nearly 6 months, bring my confidence back to life and not even that, also to a normal level. She is one of the most positive and calm persons that I have come across so far, and gave me back that hunger, the you-can-do attitude in every aspect of life.I can not recommend Stephanie enough and would go back to her at any time. I am so grateful for the fantastic job that she has done.
