They sold me a faulty car. Had to pay an diagnostics fee to another garage as they wouldn't accept the fact that the driveshaft of the car was broken. Had to brought the car to them 3 times to get this supposedly fixed as no proof of work has been send to me even though I asked multiple times. The repair they carried out supposedly had warranty on it but the same problem occurred 3 months after and now they not responding.

You can see when a business run for too long and they still not growing. And the reason why is because they are always taking every opportunity to take advantage of others, not knowing how to run a business or not even caring about what they are doing.I went to London to buy this car based on what I've got from the ads in auto trader and the phone call to confirm.All I've got wasPerfectly good tyre conditionsCar matsNothing broke, car is brand new.After a long journey of 2 hours and half, by taxi, I arrive at the place to check the car.I wasn't happy with what I saw but I had no option but to buy it or pay another taxi home and forget about the money spent.After that, no problem but I'll leave my experience, not only here, but every channel possible to not let it happen to more ppl in the future.After that, the owner used my personal information to call me not to offer something for the illegal tyre condition, neither the car mats missing, neither the tyre valve caps missing, neither the broken motor cover, neither the oil drops on top of the motor, neither the filthy state of the car, but to threaten and argue about my review. How far can this unprofessional go to reach what he want?Luckily for me, his place won't move...For me, seemed like the car was fully striped to make maximum profit of the sale, I don't know by whom, but someone did.I've called the garage that approved the MOT and they said that tyres weren't the ones passed. So someone, don't know exactly who, might have changed it after passed.The car mats missing from the ads were explained as it show on ads but it doesn't count. Great, I'll book a hotel with breakfast included and in the morning they will tell me the ads is wrong too, or maybe I'll buy tickets to cinema and they will tell me the movie is not included too. Like, I don't know how can they throw that on the customers face and act normal... You can see the kind of business" they are.Not less important

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ryan at Allwood Autos. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Totally seemless process throughout. Will be sure to check back in with him when I am in need of an upgrade in a few years time.

Purchased a vehicle from the guys at Allwood and cannot express enough how impressed I was with their service. I Noticed a slight issue with the vehicle when viewing and the very next day they had it in the garage rectifying the issue and was ready for me to pick it up a few days later.Vehicle was gleaming clean and sanitized upon pick up.Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Hope to business with them again in the future.

I bought a 1987 Lotus Excel SE from Allwoods. Very pleased with the vehicle. very well presented and cleaned. They let me spend a very long time inspecting the car and let me take it for a test drive. I would recommend and would buy from them again. Thank you, really enjoying the vehicle. Don.

Second time I have now part exchanged with Allwood’s. This time a golf for a new shape Mercedes C Class. These guys have always looked after me and know what they’re doing!

Giving one star because I don’t have another option, I really want to give minus 5. Avoid this dealership at any costs, they have no idea in how to deal correctly with customers, they don’t even clean the cars they sell, the mercedes I bought was completely disgusting, filthy, loads of spiderwebs. They don’t even look at the advertising they do, it was written that tyres were in good condition but wasn’t, cars mats included and wasn’t, the car didn’t even have the valve caps and they told my husband on the review that they didn’t know and we should have asked so they would give to us. REALLY?!FFS, if the dealership don’t look at this small detail, are they really interested in the quality of the cars they are selling??????? After my husband left a review, they called him to argue about his review, completely unprofessional, saying he was lying and his review would be removed anyway. My husband posted pictures of the filthy situation of the car, motor cover broken, valves missing and tyre in poor condition which was advertised being good condition. Who is lying? I am just leaving this review to ensure no one will go through the same we did with them. My husband and I bought cars another 3 times using auto trader and never experienced anything like we did with them, and believe this one was the newest one with low mileage. Can you imagine the situation of the cars they sell with more mileage. Really, just run!!!!!!!!
