Look up their previous reviews as KB Roman.Unorganised and unequipped to be agents. Have no ability to provide a good service. After repeated communication, they don't fix any issues with the flat renting, and then plea that they didn't know, or sent someone etc. Any issues with flatmates they don't resolve. Did not give deposit on time back after multiple comms and threaten to charge you for costs e.g wrong keys ( when they give faulty keys in the first place, and then can't use their own key to hand over to a new tenant) - followed by radio silence. Do not rent with them, just a headache overall.
