I took my car for them to see if they could do some electrics, they said yeah no problem. Booked my car in, kept it 2 and a half days for them to ring me and say they now couldn't do the work. They even took my car which is a sports car out for a 5 mile test drive even though they said they couldn't do the work and then charged me £90 for nothing.Bit ridiculous to me.

Poor service they charge me £100 +done nothing they couldn’t get the parts for my car they never get back to customer i was recommended by halffords i wouldn’t recommend any body go down there autosparx over price and now they changing price but i was given before bit ridiculous

I highly recommend. I bought a car but something kept draining the battery.the seller wasn’t interested even tho I bought it from a garage.I took my car here to find out the fault and just over an hour of dropping it off they told me the problem. They went above and beyond and even delt with the seller I bought the car off. And actually talked them round to paying the bill.can’t thank the staff enough. I will definitely use you again.thank you

Was in the Carlisle area when my van experienced an electrical fault with the drivers window, I was unable to wind the window back up. I went to see them on the Monday afternoon and was told to bring my van back early Tuesday. They were already working at capacity but fitted me in to the bookings as it was a bit of an emergency. Thank you for the help you rendered to me to get me back on my way…
