I am a domestic customer, which is unusual for WaterCare Solutions but from the moment I made contact with them, Mark was extremely kind and helpful.We had a problem with white residue in our hot water system, which was blocking our filters. WaterCare Solutions drained and flushed our hot water system, tested the white residue for scale and did a report for us. The white residue was not scale.After further internet searches I discovered that other people with Megaflo unvented hot water cylinders had experienced a similar problem. This was caused by the collapse of a baffle inside the cylinder, causing plastic debris to enter the hot water system. The report from WaterCare Solutions was of great assistance with our successful Warranty claim against Baxi.Watercare Solutions were considerate, efficient and tidy and engaged sensibly and constructively with my unusual problem. We are pleased to recommend them.

Fantastic service, our hot-tub model was no longer in production and we couldn't get spares. Mark from MCS was brilliant managed to find a solution for us. Even sorted out our rainwater system whilst he was here.
