Not very good unfortunately - booked my car in for an mot, then they cancelled it by email with no explanation. Tried again for the next available slot and got cancelled again by a standard email - no reason or apology. Awful customer service. So I went to in and out in Culver who were courteous, quick and clean and cheaper!!!!!
