I love this place! Dr Gammell is wonderful. I have been coning to her for a few years now. She provides professional services in her lovely clinic. She ensures that I keep a natural look, while appearing that I have stopped (and reversed) the aging process. All questions are answered and aftercare information is provided. Highly recommend!

I've been fortunate to be a patient of Dr Gammell's for over 17 years and counting… Dr Gammell is a total professional, a highly skilled cosmetic artist and a lovely lady. I have total confidence in every procedure she performs, and she doesn't hesitate to dissuade me from a new product or treatment if she believes it's unnecessary or the results won't meet my expectations. I could go on, but suffice to say that I happily travel to see her at her Rickmansworth practice when I live only 10-minutes from Harley Street. She's the best!

I’ve been having Botox with Dr. Gammell for almost 10 years. She is extremely personable and knowledgable in her field. Knowing that she appears as an expert witness regarding cosmetic procedures gives me full faith in her competence. I have had Botox elsewhere once and it doesn’t come close to the excellent treatments I’ve had at Aesthetic Medi Spa.
