Communication was second to none, We were always updated and advised on the process, responses to questions were handled with great expertise and were prompt. Knowledge of the housing market was also very impressive. In terms of the promotional aspects of the sale the write up and photography was to a very high standard and certainly contributed to the positive and smooth experience in selling our property. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Strutt and Parker Lewes that I feel compelled to share, even after a considerable amount of time has passed. It is evident that they thought they had escaped any repercussions for their unprofessional behavior, but I believe it is essential to voice the truth about their lack of accountability.My interaction with the company involved two interviews, one in person with Adrian, which went smoothly and left me with a positive impression of the organization. However, the final Zoom interview with Kate Eales and Richard Speedy, who were supposedly senior Directors, turned out to be the tipping point of my disappointment.Following that interview, I never received any feedback or communication from Strutt and Parker Lewes. It seemed as though they decided to ignore my application entirely, leaving me in the dark and feeling disrespected. I understand that circumstances can change, and if that were the case, a simple update or decision would have sufficed. Unfortunately, they chose to remain silent, leaving me to question their professionalism and integrity.Even after all this time, I feel the need to speak out against Strutt and Parker and highlight their unprofessional conduct. It is clear that they believed they had gotten away with their disrespectful treatment of applicants, but it is important to shed light on their unaccountability.I had expected better from a company of their reputation and standing in the industry. Strutt and Parker Lewes' behavior has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I feel it is my responsibility to caution others about engaging with this organization. Their lack of communication and disregard for applicants reveals a significant flaw within their company culture and should not be overlooked.In conclusion, my encounter with Strutt and Parker Lewes demonstrated a profound lack of professionalism and respect towards applicants. Despite having moved on in my career, I found it necessary to address their unaccountable behaviour. As someone who had substantial experience in this specific industry, I had expected a higher level of consideration from a company of their stature. It is my hope that sharing my story will serve as a warning to others and encourage Strutt and Parker Lewes to reassess their treatment of applicants and uphold the standards that should be expected in a professional setting.

Dan and Gary gave an attentive but not intrusive service throughout the ups and downs of our long house sale process in a market which was impacted throughout by external economic factors out of their control. Professional, courteous and well mannered at all times, I would suggest that they offered a reputable service which reflected the quality and standard of the property we were selling, a professional outfit for the Lewes market which can be dominated by difficult to deal with local agents and agents which purposefully inflate values to drive commission rates. We were looking for an agent with both a brand and personality of its staff that reflected our home and how much effort that had gone into creating it, as far as we are aware, this was delivered to our buyers and we have now completed.

From the start they were completely professional. Produced an excellent brochure and used their network to generate interest, especially from London. We received a good offer from reliable and trustworthy buyers and have now sold.Special praise for Daniel Edmunds who has behaved with great professionalism throughout. Always sympathetic and wise beyond his age. Hi advice was always well judged and proved effective. He did everything he promised and was unfailingly sound in his judgement. And always on time!
