It was my first time there, I'm ashamed to admit that I've been passing by this place regularly for several years... very well stocked, affordable prices, very nice Christmas items. Beautiful Christmas trees. I recommend visiting it to those who haven't done it yet and they will surely be pleasantly surprised

Our favourite place to go and get lunch. Great food and the selection of cakes is amazing. Working our way through them all.Nice garden centre, lots of great stuff to choose from.

Unfortunately I did not have the proper chance to experience Brick Kiln as we were there to try and find Camping Gas because local competitor Dayfront Waterside has now closed down. From what I have seen, the Garden Centre looks that of good quality, with a great selection of items.Didn’t look too busy when we went - hopefully Brick Kiln doesn’t end up closed, but this may just have been a quiet time of day/week.

Excellent choice of cakes / sweet treats. Large restaurant with plenty of space made it easy to go with young children. We only had coffee and cake but the food looked nice too.

Lovely restaurant serving delicious food and cakes.Garden Centre plants are in very good condition and the staff are really friendly, polite and helpful. They also have a large selection of outdoor pots at amazing prices. I could go on and on but it better if you visit yourself as you wont be disappointed. Thank you Brick Kiln

Went mainly for the grotto, which wasn't the best for the price. In and out of the grotto within minutes, not offered any photo opportunities with father christmas for the children either.Went to the cafe after was ok, food came out promptly, the cafe itself is rather cramped.

My daughter is 6 years old and is non speaking Autistic. She can’t tolerate many places so we are very restricted on where we can go. We tried Brick Kiln Garden Centre on Saturday and I was so happy that she was enjoying walking around and looking at the Christmas displays that were being put up. I managed to even browse a bit as she was walking. A rare treat for a tired Mum with a child who has Special Needs! As my daughter stepped over a bucket of artificial flowers (she took the most direct path!) to get to the other side of the Christmas trees and I was just about to tell her not to go that way next time, an old man with white hair who works there shouted… and I mean shouted at her “WHAT ARE YOU DOING!” I told him, she doesn’t understand, she is Autistic and his reply was “Well sort her out!”My daughter has no verbal communication but she immediately put her arms up to me to be carried as it upset her so much and we had to leave.I wonder if this man, who ironically had “Can I help?” written on the back of his tshirt would have spoken to my daughter and me like that if my husband was with us?I also wonder if Brick Kiln’s staff are the sort of age demographic that are out of touch with society and children and need some training on how to treat people with disabilities.Family friendly this place is NOT. So if you are looking for somewhere to take your children to look at Christmas decorations AVOID!!!!Such a shame as the guys that work in the garden centre and plants section outside are SO lovely and kind.

Very good size garden centre that will have everything you could possibly need. There is a massive stock of plants and tree's aswell as a large stock of pots with great designs. Inside the garden centre has loads of indoor plants, seeds and tools. There is also a cafe which I was unable to visit but its nice to have the option to have some food and warm drink. The car park is a great size.It is located just off the dual carriageway which can get very busy but people around Chichester should be used to that lol.
