Used them several times now for an emergency call out plus gas boiler service and updating thermostat. They have always been communicative and on time. Not the cheapest, however the engineer has always been very helpful which gives me peace of mind.

Booked glass repair service Thursday and they took payment details over the phone and said they would be arriving that same day.No one came.Didn’t get a call from them.Called them today to be told they couldn’t send anyone and had no one in the area.But they never contacted us once.Unprofessional & unreliable

Plumber requested at short notice after failed attempt at removing tap cartridge. He was prompt polite swift and efficient. That’s just what we needed. No fuss.

My elderly relative booked this company to fix his shower. They said the engineer would arrive between 12 and 5 on Tuesday. Didn't show up, no communication. The same thing happened Wednesday. I had to continually phone the call centre only to be told that the engineer wasn't answering his phone, but they'd left a voicemail. Same thing this morning. Now facing the bank holiday weekend and no way of getting anyone else out before next Tuesday. It is clear that the company does not employ its own engineers, but subcontract to local plumbers who aren't particularly invested in the company or its customers. You can't contact the engineers directly and everything is done via a call centre. DO NOT USE! Job number 4447826
