King & Chasemore Estate Agent Steyning

I am in the process of buying a flat through King & Chasemore. Over the years I have bought and sold quite a few properties and therefore had dealings with many estate agents. These are the best to date. Eloisa Whyte is the negotiator who has been dealing with me and she has been wonderful, always on time and seemingly having the answers to all my questions with a lovely sunny disposition. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Estate agents can get a fairly bad rap at times but I can honestly say it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with all of the team at K&C.From the initial meeting with Tim at our home to discuss the marketing of our property it was clear that K&C take a very proactive approach and don't simply just rely on what other properties have sold for in the local area. Their appraisal of our property was truly bespoke and based on their expert knowledge of the property market.Once we decided to go with K&C the communication at all phases was exemplary. Bruno, Jena, and Reece are absolute professionals who are very easy to talk to and are genuinely interested and invested in not only the sale of your house but also your onward property search.Not at any point during the sale of our property did we feel under pressure to sell so K&C could get their commission, in fact the team constantly reassured us that the right house would come along and not to force\rush into a purchase.I would not hesitate in recommending K&C to anyone, you will not be disappointed by the level service you receive. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for a business before but I honestly had a terrible experience with this branch. Poor communication both with myself and I later found out with the seller too. Took them over a week to do simple things like informing me of an offer on my property. Took them 2 weeks to get back to the buyer about basic questions. Was spoken to in an awful tone on multiple occasions by a member of the team. Was not told I could keep my property on the market during the offer stage. I felt completely unsupported during my first time sale which ultimately failed due to a lack of trust in the estate agent. Both myself and the buyer have been in touch and have found that we have been lied to on several occasions. All I can say is that they seem nice at face value but as soon as anything doesn’t go their way things change very quickly. Support from the area manager has been better but ultimately I think that they have too much on so things inevitably fall through the cracks.

We used Bruno at King & Chasemore, Steyning to act for us on the sale of our house. We asked that the sale should proceed with minimal advertising and promotion; Bruno respected these wishes and acted in a most professional and friendly manner throughout.We would recommend King & Chasemore, and especially Bruno, wholeheartedly.

During a long and somewhat difficult conveyancing process Bruno and staff were always as helpful as they could possibly be. They worked extremely hard to get the sale through and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very grateful for all of the support from the team at King and Chasemore, they ensured we got the house we wanted at a price we could afford. Particular praise for Bruno for ensuring we could get everything done in time!
