Ice water in the shower, no one warns about it. The reception sells terrible quality towels for 10 pounds. At first, in general, one receptionist girl said that I could rent their towel for 10 pounds and every day they would give me a fresh towel, I came the next day without a towel and another receptionist told me that this was not so and that I just buy their towel, I had to buy as I was without my towel.

Comprehensive gym with multiple equipment so that u don't have to wait long for different workout. There is also a water dispenser

Best gym I’ve ever joined! Upon arrival, I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a hello - every single member of staff is friendly, passionate about what they do and ready to help in whatever way they can, whether that’s with specific exercises, daily routines, nutrition or just a friendly chit-chat!I throughly enjoy the classes - they are designed for all abilities and are fun but also super motivating to push you further each time! (I’ve always been dreaded trying spin classes in the past but it’s become a regular class for me and I really enjoy it)The sauna, steam room and pool are fantastic additions to the gym and I’ve seen incredible changes and benefits because of them!Really recommend :)

The gym is relatively ok for the price but there is plenty of room for improvements. The gym really needs a beeter air conditioning system as it gets very hot and humid (which any modern gym cannot afford to skip on), the male changing room is attached to the swimming/sauna pool area and it does get very hot in there. Another issue is the fact that the shower temperature cannot be adjusted and it's by default way too hot.

Good small little gym, only used the heated pool so far. Team are brilliant and male you feel welcome

It's great that it has a sauna, steam room, pool and great yoga classes. It's also really good value for money with the corporate discount and the staff are super friendly too. However the changing rooms need a refurb and the air con doesn't work properly in the gym.

Recently joined this gym and it’s by far one of the best I’ve been to! The staff really make you feel so welcome, and they’re so supportive! It can be really daunting sometimes getting ‘back to it’ but honestly feel a real sense of community and positivity in this gym!
