I called Liam about a blocked drain on our property that regularly flooded with heavy rainfall. With Storm Ciaran on the way it was only going to get worse! Liam responded really quickly and booked a visit that very morning. Safe to say we had a badly blocked drain full of silt that took a fair bit of clearing. Liam and his colleague were extremely helpful and friendly. They thoroughly examined the problem, checking all the drains in the street until they found the root cause of the problem. I was really impressed with their service and kindness. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services, or using them again. Thank you!

Highly recommended these guys , such hard workers all polite , and keep you updated throughout.We had a new gully put in after a leaking gully and foul sewage smell not had any issues since the work was completed.They also do ground works they have revamped my garden , leveled it all out layed new grass seed and extended my garden out around 6-8ft and put a new concrete walkway and shed base in .This will be a massive help for us as a family .Brilliant company highly recommended.

We just had a fantastic experience (if you can call a blocked drain that?}. We phoned this morning and were very impressed over the phone they said they could be here in the afternoon about 25 minutes later they found us back to say actually they've moved things around and will be with us within half an hour so that was less than an hour from our initial call they were on site and working to clear the blocked drains very helpful and very informative they took the stress out of what was a worrying situation. They did a great job and advised us of potential future issues we may want to look into. I will happily recommend them to anybody I know who has an issue with drains I was genuinely impressed.

These guys came and carried out a CCTV survey at my property in Exeter. Dealing with Liam & his team was an absolute pleasure. Went above & beyond, even hand delivering the results of the survey to South West Water head office. Wouldn't hesitate in calling these guys in the future for advice and service.
