A work colleague recommended this place today, so I placed an order, my pizza was cold that the cheese had solidified, had to reheat it,but I didn'tenjoy it, my partner got a Haggis supper that wasn't very warm either,the chips were not fresh,they were reheats & taste terrible,they meals went in the bin. I'll be telling my colleague to keep his recommdations to himself.

It was my first time ordering from Mancini’s last Monday. At 7pm, I paid through Just Eat and I ordered a chicken kebab and a single fish and peas for my friend. The order from Just Eat was cancelled per the Manager as the delivery driver’s car broke down. We phoned Mancini’s to find out what was happening with our order at 7.45pm I had not noticed the email on my phone. The Manager told us the delivery driver’s car is fixed. So we ordered again and at 8.08pm I phoned to ask where our order was at 9.15pm, I should have known this was going to end badly. At 9.30pm the driver turns up and the food was cold. The chicken kebab was a disgrace, the sauce was too hot and 3 pieces of lettuce does not really count for a salad. The fish was cold too and greasy. Very disappointed! We phoned the Manager and complained about the food and she assured us that it was piping hot. I can’t understand this, as she is in the shop and the driver is out delivering orders. She was very rude on the phone and I will NEVER order from here again. My friend and her family always order from Mancini’s, I always order from Toni’s it’s the best.

Highly recommend. Friendly staff, amazing food, efficient delivery. Whats not to love! Will definitely use again. This is not just your average takeaway, they also offer fabulous, friendly advice and a catering service for functions. Allowing them to take the strain of cooking while you relax!

Fish not fresh was actually like rubber ! chips were like scraps. curry sauce cold ...£1.80 for a spoonful of curry sauce and another 1.80 for a handful of cheese ?! Well overpriced ! You dont mind so much if the food is nice ..Has this place changed owner ? We have eaten out of here loads and always good food and reasonable prices..

Absolutely livid! Loyal customer to this establishment but customer service of one certain individual (THE APPARENT OWNER) 3rd time now we have received poor customer service from here but every other member of staff is so wonderful particularly tall blonde women! This time was apparently because someone in my area never accepted food, this was prior to her taking an address and simply took a postcode! Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and we will not be going back. Patronising someone and constantly saying (DEAR) does not make any situation better. I have also spent time looking at other reviews and it’s quiet apparent that plenty of people have commented on her attitude, if she is the owner then she’s driving people away if she’s not then she’s certainly ruining someone else’s business! Older women, dull tone and RUDE not hard to pick out!

I have just had the pleasure of polishing off a small single special with mozzarella sticks, it was absolutely delicious. I went there as a child and still does not disappoint 30-40 years later. Well done owners and staff.
