Gloucester Post Office Kings Square

I went to the Gloucester city post office and was served by Kerry, she went above and beyond to help me get the best deal to send Xmas presents to my grandchildren in Australia, even helping me to repack into 2 separate boxes . She really is a credit to the post office and hopefully will be recognised for this.

Went into gloucester kings square post office today asked for 6 first class standard stamps. The woman said £8.70 so i questioned her as they shouldnt be any more than £5.70 as each stamp is 95p. She continued to argue and cause a scene. Feeling extremely pressured and considering i was also desperate for stamps i paid it to find out shw had given me the wrong stamps. She had given me 6 first class large letter stamps. I then told her their the wrong ones and that she needs to correct her mistake to which she got verbally abusive amd refused to correct her mistake. I have now lodged a formal complaint to royal mail regarding her and her service at this store so hopefully she will get a disaplinary action for her shoddy service. Bad day or not you do not tale it out on your customers and make them pay out more especially when people are trying to budget for rise of living prices as it is!

Does Gloucester kings square Post Office have a direct number that I can call to speak to someone who is actually in the post office and can check if my son’s BRP is at the Gloucester post office. We paid for the redirection of his BRP from Gloucester to Colchester over 8 weeks ago and it still has not arrived in Colchester . Home office maintains it is at Gloucester and Colchester says they have not received it from Gloucester. How can I speak to someone who is actually at the Gloucester post office so I can know if the BRP is there or not?

Got our children’s passports done today and the lady that served us who was called Kerry was extremely helpful and fitted us in even though other staff told us there was no space. She was very professional and efficient. Thank you Kerry

Been trying to get a BRP for my son redirected for the past 6 weeks. l emailed home office to track my sons BRP and they confirmed that its in GL1 1AD. I can't seem to get through. Staff don't want to help, seems like asking for a number to contact Royal Mail about missing mail is too complicated. So due to this conversation between me and staff was getting intense as she was trying to fob me off saying they can't help then the manager tried threatening me that was hilarious, easy to act intimidating standing behind the counter. Well Royal Mail you have just cost yourself a big business venture as I was looking for a company to help with distribution of large quantities of mail for a business that I am setting up but after my experience at this Post Office will be looking elsewhere. Thanks to the manager at the post office tho as you may have saved me quite a bit of hassle in the future. Showing me how you treat your customers.

When I first entered the post office, a lady greeted me and asked why I was here today. I told her that my driving licence would expire shortly and that I wanted to get things sorted before I went on holiday and rented a car. She showed me to the right counter. The lady at the counter was also very friendly and made me feel at ease. I am so grateful for the excellent service that I received.

Came in just to post some things back home, not expecting much else. Yet, the lady working there Kerry, left me with positive vibes for the rest of the day, thanks to her happy and kind mood. She helped me to choose a better service and gave me a parcel I had to collect from there. I rarely write review but I'm doing it out of gratitude for the great and unexpected customer service.
