We booked Twilite for our wedding at the Gallivant In Camber Sands. From start to finish they were incredible to deal with. They delivered everything we wanted. Wayne read the room so well all night and we are so pleased we booked them. Would definitely use them again

As previous customers of Twilite, when we booked our wedding we knew that we wanted Wayne and his team to provide their services to make our wedding perfect. We hired the LOVE letters, photo booth,PA system and phone box for our day. The service and communication from Twilite was brilliant from initially booking them to even after the event. Ross, who was working the photo booth, was amazing on the night and really interacted with our guests. The phone box went down a storm and listening to the voice messages from our guests has enable us to relive moments of the day again. Everybody loved it and was nice to have something different than the normal guest book!Thank you to Wayne and his Team for all your hard work. Twilite offer an absolutely FIRST CLASS service. They are extremely efficient, all of the team are very friendly. The quality of the photobooth photos are excellent and the props are great. Everyone that attended the event had an absolute blast. Kenna was a fantastic representative of the company, and was very friendly to all my guests. We absolutely love the guest book, so that we can see the fun that everyone had on the night for many years to come. the communication running up to the event with Twilite was second to none, I was very impressed with this aspect of things too. We wanted to say a huge thank you for providing the music for our evening reception. Rod was incredible and friendly and we had such a fun evening. He played our requested music, encouraged people to dance and was lovely to speak with on the night. He even suggested that the brides dad surprise her with a father daughter dance, something that meant so much to the bride and her dad. Rod, Wayne and everyone else that we have spoken to at Twilite have been so helpful, friendly and supportive. The online playlist was so useful and our guests made use of the ability to request songs ahead of the day. Thank you for everything, we are very grateful!

We booked Twilite for our Wedding, was really easy to get in touch and booking process was easy. They were really quick to reply to any emails/questions and it was great to be able to add song suggestions to a play list. Paul was the DJ on the night, although my partner and I didn't spend much time on the dance floor our guests had a great time and everytime we looked in everyone was having a dance. Wayne from Twilite was such a lovely guy and so easy to communicate with. He was super helpful and went above and beyond. He made the ball I hosted so special and had the crowd literally screaming. No one was sat down, everyone was dancing and requesting songs etc. Wayne was great at tailoring to the specific needs of my unique event. I will keep using this company for all future events now and they’ve gained a long term client with their 5* service!

My mum turned 60 a few weeks ago and we held her party at a hotel in Sussex. We are based in London so I didn’t know any Sussex suppliers. We came across Twilite and I’m so happy we did! They did all the lighting for her party and they were absolutely incredible. It was a party for 250 people and I wanted to ensure the lighting in the room made an impact. From the first call to the company to the day of delivery at the event, their customer service was 5*. Wayne was our main contact and no request was too big or difficult for him. We did change our mind quite a few times and his patience was grateful appreciated as he was always willing to speak on the phone to put us at ease. He also kindly came in a site visit with us where he gave us lots of great ideas to give our party the wow factor from a lighting perspective.The team on emails were very responsive too and didn’t miss a single detail. Special thanks to Cher who always emailed me when I had a question about logistics in the run up to the day.We hired uplighters, moving head lights, strobe lights (not sure if that’s what they are called- but they looked fab) and lots more We also hired their photo mirror which was a major hit and got guests excited to take their pic and leave a copy in a guest book for my mum. They hired in TV screens for us too so we could display pics of my mama through her life and all we did was provide them with the file and they made the magic happen.Thanks so much to Wayne and the Twilite team for being such great vendors to work with. We will definitely be using them again. They handled the whole set up and de-rig process so professionally too. They just got on with it which made us know everything was in hand.Oh yes! They also have a great online portal for customers to help see what you’ve ordered and they send you the final photo mirror pics on this too.Thanks Twilite.
