I booked a service for my boiler, they did not turn up. After a phone call they arrived the next day. I then booked an appointment to have 3 lots of taps fitted,again they didn’t turn up. I sent a text and didn’t get a response.

Came to look at the job in January verdict shower needs a new cartridge. I told them if the jobs to small just tell me i was assured no problem They phoned me to say just the cartridge was over £200, that looked high to me so i checked,i told them i can get a new one for £92 can you just fit it After 3 phone calls to them i was given various excuses and still nothing.I thought this company was better than this, what a let down.

I spoke with Ben at Alcester Town Plumbing who said he would attend the following week on the Monday at 9.30am to plumb in our en-suite. That time and date arrived and no sign of him so I rang him to see if he was still attending and he said ‘we are coming it’s just Monday morning troubles’. We waited at the property for a further 3 hours. Of course he didn’t show up at all.

Lovely guys who go above and beyond to help. Another local company had misdiagnosed the problem, made the problem worse and quoted me a fortune. Ben and Ashley came round and instantly got the heating working better. They've sorted the problem and are happy to come back and sort any snags. Excellent value for money, know their stuff and are honest! Highly recommended!

Disingenuous tradesman who claims the company was set up with the customer in mind. Utter rubbish. He looked at a job for my mother well over a month ago and has completely failed to get back to her or me. Ashley is however most expert in coming up with a vast array of excuses as to why he couldn't or hasn't got back to you. Plenty of other plumbers. Foolish behaviour and treatment of customers in a small area. Bad reviews spread just as wide as good ones !

Alcester Town Plumbing and Heating worked really hard to change my boiler and our heating system is now 100 times better. Very friendly and efficient. Job was done to a very high standard and the plumber cleaned up everything afterwards so it was like new. They have provided us with great advice about Hive and Nest thermostats which we will be asking them to install for us. Highly recommended

These lads have been a godsend! Quick job, great advice and very conscience of our needs! Would give 6* if we could! Take them as you find them but do not ignore what they state!
