Surinder Jando Vie-Life-UK

After having completed six sessions with my coach Surinder Jando, I have learned many things about myself. I have been able shift from where I was to where I want to be. I was able to prioritize myself and to focus on myself when required. In times of doubt, my sessions with Surinder helped take one step at a time. I was able to make some changes in my daily routines and set boundaries where necessary, by doing this and setting myself some daily goals and seeing the changes and difference in my daily lifestyle, I now feel more confident and comfortable to say 'no' when things get too overwhelming for me,with Surinder’s Support, I have been able to put the focus back onto me and make time for myself to do things I enjoy.
