Service is good and efficient. Prices are reasonable too. This is my local shop and I go whenever I have a problem with my phone or laptop - and they fix it, quick! I recommend them.

This is simply the best mobile phone shop I have ever used. truly demonstrate what great customer service looks like. They worked extremely hard to bring my dead iPhone back to life and were friendly, polite and respectful towards me at all times. I highly recommend them.

Very impressive job done by them my MacBook got liquid damage apple couldn't fix it I took it to w9 store and amazingly they have fix it without loosing my data, highly recommend

Cracked my iPhone 12 screen and the team was super helpful and professional. They didn’t have a screen in stock so they ordered it free of charge and had it there next day.I came in and had my phone fixed in just over an hour for 1/3 what it would’ve cost at an Apple Store.

Darius provided excellent service in fixing my laptop. I cannot express my gratitude enough for his help.My laptop crashed and wouldn't turn on. This shop is amazing. They were so knowledgeable and offer a speedy service. They have fixed so many irredeemable items of mine. A phone, tablet and most recently, a touch screen laptop with a detached screen and detached wifi wires. They fixed that and gave the laptop an MOT, it's almost like a new machine!!!
