I’ve visited this branch on a number of occasions regarding van and car rental - I can honestly say that the difference in world between Arnold Clark and other big hitters in the rental industry is massive - firstly the customer service Robyn at this branch is an absolute dream to deal with - she knows her stuff she’s friendly and she’s efficient - I walked in with no booking understood what I needed the car for took me around showed me a few and let me choose what was going to be ideal - I took a 73 plate that landed 2 days ago - even though she wasn’t familiar with the car fully ( all the techy stuff ) she still went out of her way to work it out with me -The pricing compared to other firms is unbeatableRobyn is a credit to the team and a great person to walk into branch to and deal withThanks
