I have recently purchased a car from Ali's Cars - I find buying cars quite daunting but I have to say the gentleman here was very pleasant and did not pressure me at all - I love my new car and would not hesitate to buy from them again

I would like to highly recommend Ali’s Cars of Cambridge. I purchased a used car from Ali and have been very happy with it. Ali was extremely helpful during our purchase; knowledgably and rapidly answering any questions I asked about the car’s features. He also told me about the car’s previous history, and was able to back up his accurate statements with paperwork from the previous owner. Before I took ownership of the car he gave it a new MOT and repaired any problems including minor advisory flags, and even removed a few small scratches. I am happy to say that I have had no major problems with the car since I purchased it five months ago. In fact, I would say that the car has been “good as new”. I did have one minor issue involving the remote door locking system, which I noticed near the very end of the 3 month warranty period. It was meticulously and efficiently diagnosed and then cheerfully fixed by Ali. Amazing customer service, he always offered picking-up or dropping-off the car for customer convenience. It was refreshing to experience, at a time when good customer service is a disappearing art. Finally I’d note that a quick look at Google Street views make it clear that Ali’s Cars has been in Cambridge for decades, and it’s clear that he rightfully values the good reputation he has earned. From Ali’s office decorations you can tell that he has a love for the automobile. He is also a genuinely nice guy. I will definitely return to Ali for my next car purchase. I'm writing a review about a car we bought from Ali last year. The car was a perfect value for money, we didn't have a single problem with it. Even after one year Ali helped us to sell the car which we were very grateful for. I would definitely recommend Alis Cars if you want a good car at a fair price.

Very friendly and reliable gentleman who gave us useful technical information and advice on models, he had several used cars that suited our needs, good mileage, great condition and price. I bought my first second hand car from Ali 15 years ago, it was a fantastic little Polo. I came back this year, and will come back again in a few years, since being able to trust the dealer I'm buying a second hand car from is absolutely key to my decision. He also came highly recommended by my neighbour, and my garage. With this, I fully recommend Ali's cars!

Every car has been superb and Ali has always been very courteous and fair when delaing with him. If he hasn't had a car which suited my needs, he's always been able to source one for me.
