This is a change to my previous (2 star) review..It seems i was wrong about this bakery. Food is well cooked, the young lady who works mornings is extremely polite and friendly and i would highly recommend.

Went and bought 2 pasties today one for me and one for my friend. We both ordered separately but I paid £7 for the 2. The lady behind the counter handed the wrong pasties to both of us and after biting into them realised this. We went back in to ask for an exchange as we had both had our mouths around them and were bluntly refused. This is a disgrace as they tried to say they had given them to us together and we should of checked them before eating. I told the manager she had handed them to us separately after knowing what we had ordered and asked her to review the cctv. The manager had a smug look and said NO. This is bad customer service and I will not be going to warrens again to spend £3.50 on a pasty. I would highly recommend using a local shop which is not a big chain and cares more about their customers.

There’s always something charming about this Bakery. Enjoyed the different ranges of pastries. Also shoutout to Sophie for her kindness.

Great range of pasties with some special appearances of new flavours, I loved the marmite one they did and hope it will reappear some day. The sausage rolls are yummy and much nicer in flavour than the Gregg's ones up the road. Lovely selection of cakes too. For a nibble snack the cheese straws are highly recommended. They also take part in the Good to go scheme whereby you can pick up a parcel of leftover goodies at the end of the day for a.couple of quid .... So no wastage.

This is such a shame. Up until a couple of months ago, this was easily the best place to get pasties in Torquay, however since then they've reduced the size and quality of their food, and increased the price, on top of this they seem to have replaced the staff with new people who sadly don't seem to have any idea what they are doing, or how to properly serve customers. I've given it more than a few chances since it started going downhill, but was put off for good this time when not only did the guy serving me stop half way through to serve someone else, but the pasty I received was completely different from the one I ordered (Apricot and Wensleydale instead of steak!), when I went back to return it I was treated like an idiot for a few minutes and received nothing even approaching an apology, just give him this one instead". As for the replacement

I wish I could have given this a zero, took the grandchildren in today ordered medium steak, sausage roll and cheese onion pasty with came to £9.10, both pasties were not fit to eat, they were dry, tough and tasteless. I did return to the shop and the lady was rude, Sorry guys but you will never have my custom again

Always very good pasties whichever outlet you go to. Always a winner in terms of service, taste and quality.

Amazing food! We always end up back here when we come away. Although it can be pricey, it's definitely the best pasty place in Torquay!

Spent £10 on 4 donuts (2 pink sprinkled and 2 kinder beuno) to get home and find they are all stale! Unedible. Waste of food and money.
