Been into Serendipity a couple of times for birthday items such as cards, balloons, banners, and badges. It is a wonderful little shop, and the staff never fail to put a smile on my face. I will always choose to shop locally in here, the prices are so reasonable, and the customer service is always amazing!

A great little shop. They have loads of gifts and card's. The gentleman and lady owner are very friendly/helpfull and chatty. I get nearly all my mother's day/anniversary and birthday cards and gifts from here.

If you need anything for a celebration or event such as gifts, cards, wrap, balloons, then this shop is an absolute treasure chest. You're sure to find what you need, or things you didn't know you needed yet. The staff are so helpful and can direct you to a particular thing you need, if you can't find it. It's so we'll organised. Yesterday, I bought things for a birth, 60th birthdays and cards for just in case". All at very reasonable prices. Great shop

Fabulous, homely shop. Where you get good old fashioned service..Kev the guy is king-such a lovely man.. I walk every time I need a card from Dunswell.its worth it for keeping up our British values!Such value for money and heaps of selection.One very happy customer..
